Dr. Kuck is the Executive Director of Distributed Education and Technology Services for the San Bernardino Community College District, a multi-college district located in San Bernardino, California. He received his doctorate in Education and a fellowship in Leadership and Management from the University of Southern California. Formerly, Dr. Kuck was an Assistant Professor and the Founding Director of the Loma Linda University Center for EMS Education and Research; the Director of the Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Emergency Medical Care at Loma Linda University's School of Allied Health Professions; and a respiratory therapist. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of EMS Educators; the System-wide Architecture Committee for the California Community College; and as Program Co-Chair for the Corporation for Educational Network Initiatives in California. He was the recipient for the 2008 Excellence in Technology Award for the California Community College system. Dr. Kuck's interests include systems and organizational change; collaborative networks; organizational cultures; learner motivation and distance learning; and program, organizational, and curricular development. His hobbies include travel, gadgets, and time with his family.
