Please complete this form and then hit the submit button. Once we receive your Volunteer Form we will contact you to discuss the shifts that are available.
Area Hosts will welcome participants and help them find their places. They will remind participants of set up and tear down timing and insure the event is fully operating from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will also help attendees with directions and maps. Locations will be varied throughout the event.
Information Booth Greeters will greet the public, distribute programs and maps, help our guests find what they want and ask them how they heard about the event. They will also encourage folks to visit all areas of the event.
To show our appreciation to all our volunteers, everyone who volunteers and works for just one two-and-one-half-hour shift will receive a Day Under the Oaks 2014 t-shirt, plus our appreciation for supporting this important event!
