You might consider this:

  1. Even the parapsychologist didn't make
  2. It's a prime location for either a residence or business and there are no takers
  3. Others who didn't survive also didn't heed the warnings
  4. The Native Americans considered the area "EVIL"
  5. The local kids made an attempt to enter and were chased away by a shotgun toting caretaker.
    By the way, the caretaker lives in a trailer set away from the house. The house is vacant.
