This is a paragraph of text that will show how text and images relate to each other. The text will automatically wrap under the image if the paragraph is long enough. By setting a margin along the right and bottom I can offset the text from the image so it does not look too crowded. Whether I am floating "left" or "right" I need to list the image tag before the text for the paragraph. The most common use of the "float" property is to lay out columns for text or images.
This was a wonderful class project, the client River Mortensen, did a wonderful job of creating a site that was playful and fun for children, but allowed for the in-depth information required by parents and teachers.
This site, was a real challenge. When the designer first showed me the propsed design, there were 5 frames, elaborate graphics, and several paragraphs of text were actually created in Photoshop so a drop shadow could be applied. The site was redesigned to make it simpler and we all learned a valuble lesson - KISS.
