After finding a time that works they will sign up for a 30 minute time slot to meet with instructor and handoff the code and the template explanation to their team. ^^^ I will be meeting with 4 groups (PRGM, DES/IMD, PRGM and CDs) to "debrief" and conduct a "post mortem". I will want to know what aspects of the course worked well, and what could be improved. Skype is preferred. Meeting times are 7pm for PM, DES/IMD, and PRGM. The meeting time for CDs is 6pm.
We will use skype to hold a group call (no video please), if you cannot attend the meeting please email the instructor to set up an alternate appointment.
PLEASE NOTE - Students are expected to meet with their team or the client thoughout the semester. Some teams prefer to have team meetings weekly. At the beginning of the semester you may need to meet often with the client. Those meetings may occur face to face or online, you need to allocate time to attend those meetings.
