Project Manager pitfalls

• Project creep - the site gets bigger every time you talk to the client and you are not sure how to handle it. In the class you simple state our policy of no more than 25 pages, no more than 25 content photos.
• Not getting the content from the clients.
• A team member is not doing their job, so you do it for them
• You do not communicate with your team very often, you expect them to ask you if they need help
