is a great source of quality images, which are cheap (not free). You purchase 25 credits for $10, and one credit gets you a web-quality royalty-free photo (2 gets medium res, 3 gets hi-res). For web use it ends up being $0.40 per photo.

AUDIO RESOURCES

The website http://www.friendlymusic.com sells licensed music to add to your non-commercial youtube videos for $1.99 each. Compared to commercial use royalty licensing, that is a steal. These are actual downloadable tracks, as opposed to using youtube audioswap (see http://www.youtube.com/audioswap_main) which replaces your entire soundtrack with a music track. From the Friendly Music website: What does "non-commercial purposes" mean? It means that if you are being paid to make your video, or are charging people to watch your video, or if you are getting revenue from advertising or other sources (other than UGC Network ad share revenue on the video portion of your production) when people watch your video then please contact us to upgrade to a commercial license.
