Client Manual

Introduction:
On this CD you will find the following elements

1. A folder called (Client Web site) in this folder all the web pages, images, pdfs, scripts and css files are stored. Make a copy of this folder on your local computer. Open the html files found within this folder when you want to modify the site. Detailed instructions on modifying a web page is listed below

2. A folder called (Client Project Site) in this folder are files which were used to plan your site. You may want to refer to these files if you ever decide to remodel the site.

3. A folder called Photoshop in this folder are the original PSD files used to create the splash page, home page, second level pages, etc. use these files only if you are experienced with Photoshop and plan to make design changes to the site (not recommended)

4. A folder which contains your flash, scripts, etc (optional)

5. A digital copy of this client manual

Original Art Work

Here is a list of all original artwork (created in Photoshop) and a brief description of what each file was used for. If the client plans to add new images to a slide show, random.cgi script or page content, specify the image size, and effect, or recommend they hire a professional.




Making Changes to the site

If you plan to use Dreamweaver to modify the site follow these steps to open an existing web page, make changes and then save the changes. Always work form the files saved on your local computer.

Updating a calendar

If you have a calendar which is updated on the web - here are the steps involved in updating that calendar. (include url of administration page and password.






Programming and Scripts (optional)

Here is a list of all the scripts and related databases, which were created for your site. These files are stored in this location. Here is a brief description of what each script does. If you have created administrative pages for the database which require a username and password, place those values here. If a form sends email - list that email address.
