Not communicating effectively with your team. Check you email daily, and answer email the day you receive it. Even if all you have to say is "I am working on it" you need to send an email to that effect.
Not understanding the content the client gives you and being embarrassed to mention it. Clients are happy to explain their content to you, you can also ask the Pm for help with this issue.
Gettng content in a form that is un- usable - once the client gives you the content, open it immediately. I once had a team that waited until the last minute, al the files they had been sent were corrupted and it tok days to fix their computer and get a new copy of the content.
Not getting the content, ask your PM to contact the client, if the issue is not resolved in a week, contact your instructor

Using Dreamweaver but not understanding what it does. You will be asked to explain the code you create with Dremweaver or any software you use, make sure you know what that software is doing.
