CLASS MILESTONES

PM - TO DO LIST
- Give me the "client manual" and a copy of the project CD.
- Bookmark your site so it is easier to get to during the presentation
- Decide who will "drive" during the presentation (what pages will you show when the Designer talks, what will you show when the programmer talks, etc) In some cases there is one person who drives the entire time, in other cases each person drives when they talk (not my favorite since it takes time to switch drivers)
- If a member of your team plans to use skype, I will have my computer available for this process. It is a Mac with a built in camera and speaker, so if the student has those things, they can speak during the presentation. Please make sure that person is contacted as your team goes up to speak. Maybe assign a specific team member to use skype to get them once it is your turn.
- When your site is to be presented, you and the team walk to the front of the class and present your site. You will either 1. introduce yourself and your team or 2. introduce yourself and then each team member introduces themselves.
- Talk about your role on the team and what you learned from the experience (1 minute for your portion of the presentation).
- Pick up letters of reference from the client if they have not already provided them electronically.
