- Continue to keep in touch with the team and make sure they understand what they need to be doing.
- Finish up the Web proposal elements you are responsible for.
- Gather the Web proposal elements from your teammates a few days before they are due. I recommend you print out the web pages from the project site and then place them in a folder.
- If items are missing from the proposal, it is not your job to make them for your teammates. Please place a blank piece of paper in the proposal, with a heading for what it is missing and the name of the person responsible for the item. I will not deduct points from anyone else's grade if this is done. If on the other hand I discover that one teammate has done work for another, I will deduct points from both parties grades.
- Contact your team for good times to meet with the instructor for the proposal review, then sign up for a proposal meeting. Class forum > "Web proposal meeting sign up."
- Ask the CS to make a list of what the client still needs to provide in order to meet the 100% content deadline.
- Contact your team for good times to meet with the client and review the proposal.
- Let the client know that you will be meeting with them after I review your proposal. Set up an appointment when that meeting can occur.

- Attend the Web Proposal Review with the entire team and instructor (attendance can be face to face or skype).
- Coordinate any changes which the instructor suggests (this does not mean you do other people's work just that you make sure it gets done)
- Once the changes have been made, send your instructor an email with the URL of the revised document.
- Meet with client, obtain their approval for the proposal. A signed web proposal has the following. (may not happen this week)

- client initials on flowchart, deliverables, design comps, multimedia comps
- Obtain client sign off on "shell site" - this may be done by receiving an email from the client stating that they have read all of the shell site and approve the content, or it may be printing out the shell site and having the client initial each page. One final note, if the CD would prefer to do this on their own, that is fine, as long as the approval is obtained and they let the team know.
- If there is an issue with the proposal or the shell site, let me know I am happy to help.
- If you haven't already done so, update the project site so it has links to all Web proposal elements.
- Study for the HTML exam which will be held on 3/13 from 7-9 in the lab or OL. Please note - exam must be taken online from 7-9 pm on 3/13

- If you have problems with the HTML, CSS, CMS, or Photoshop, feel free to send me a note, I am happy to help. Please do not struggle in silence, and then show up on the day of the handoff with code that does not work. I would rather hear about problems early when they are easier to fix.
- If you are using a CMS, refine the design of the site, then create instructions for how a page should be created. If you have CMS questions, you can ask the instructor, however you may also find that "Webvanta" or "Drupal" support is also useful.
- After the code is done, create a "template explanation page" which will help the CDs use your code to make the pages.
