This year our women's team completed it's dual meets with a 5-3 record, and placed 4th at Bay Valley Conference Championships (which includes the majority of the teams in Northern California), just edging out Merced College by one point. Six members of our women's team--Amber Brenner, Cheryl Canevari, Kendra Klein, Rachel Melick, Sarah Pinch, and Jennalee Wallman--qualified for and advanced to the State Championships in Pasadena, CA and placed 14th out of 46 teams in the state. Our men's team was led by sophomore, Chris Irwin, who was a finalist in all of his individual events at BVC Champs and qualified to compete as an individual in three events at State Champs.
