Metrics That Matter Evaluation

The SRJC Computer & Information Sciences department is an Authorized Adobe Training Center (ATCP) in Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Our industry partnership provides you with quality Adobe instruction, as each instructor is required to pass the rigorous Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) industry exam in order to teach for our department.

As an ATCP, we are required to participate in an online student evaluation program through Metrics That Matter. This data collection is important to our program and helps us improve our curriculum. It also ranks the quality of our training program against other training providers throughout the world.

So how are we doing? Very well thank you.

SRJC currently has a 2-year average of 8.21 out of a total possible of 9 points and we are in the top third of all Adobe training providers.

2nd quarter 2008: SRJC recognized as the #1 Adobe Authorized Training Center with high marks and the most evaluations

Please read the following information before proceeding to the evaluation:

Select your class when you arrive at the Metrics That Matter website. If the course is not listed, the survey may not yet be active. If you still have problems, contact your instructor.
The survey will ask you for your email address. If desired, you can fill out the form anonymously -- be sure to send your instructor an email to verify that you've completed the survey if you are anonymous.
If a question is not applicable, select N/A.
Students taking the class for personal enrichment can skip over questions 8-12 which deal with length of employment and job performance.

The evaluation should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
