First Code - Homework 4 - CIS 58.51

The purpose of this form is to allow you to send me the code from your first web page. Fill out the information requested below. When you get to the part where I ask for your code, make sure you have your text editor open. Highlight all the code, copy and then access this form and paste the code into the big white box.

Turn in the code for your final project's home page which contains the following elements:

basic tags [10 pts]
XML declaration, DOCTYPE declaration, html, head and body tags
format text [20 pts]
headings, font (size & face), break tags, formatting tags

save the file as "index.html" to your local disk (floppy or hard drive)

The object of this assignment is for you to demonstrate the proper use of the basic tags and text formating tags. Please do not copy the code demonstrated in class, on the video or included in the example section. That code is intended to be used as a teaching tool, not a template for your homework. The code you create needs to reflect the information for your unique site, and have a layout and format which meets your needs.
