Strategic Planning

Envisioning the College’s future gives us an opportunity to consider more than our teaching, classes, and programs. It is also an opportunity to think about our collegial life and relationships: What quality of interaction do we envision for ourselves and our community? How do we want to treat each other? What are the most collegial and respectful ways of resolving conflict? And how can we create what we envision? Please join us as we begin a conversation about these questions and explore possibilities for supporting a culture of collegiality, respect, and trust at SRJC.
