The 2003-2004 Executive Council of the Academic Senate proposes that future Senate Presidents are invited to select a member of the PFF to act in an advisory capacity on issues pertaining to the Petaluma Campus and to address the Executive Council as needed.

The Academic Senate President can invite the PFF advisor to every Executive Council meeting, or appropriate meetings when relevant issues are being discussed.

The advisor must be an active participant in PFF; the advisor can be either adjunct or full-time, and may or may not be an elected Academic Senator.

The Advisor would serve for one to two academic years, as appointed by the Senate President.
