Applying to Santa Rosa Junior College

SRJC is taking a step into the future....and as such, students are now required to fill out online applications through CCCApply effective immediately, meaning NO PAPER APPLICATION.

We have instructional brochures for online applications and enrollment in both English and Spanish available in print version and also online as a PDF that can be printed off of any computer. The link to the brochure is https://www.santarosa.edu/app/admissions/quick-start-guide.pdf.

In addition, there is a Camtasia® video in both English and Spanish that students can pull down as a drop-down feature to help walk them through the online processes.  Computers available for your use are at:

• Plover Lobby – (24 computers)  - WE HAVE STUDENT AMBASSADORS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH ONLINE APPLICATIONS M, T, W, TH 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Libraries
• Computer labs
• Southwest Center computer lab
• Public libraries
• Many sites on the Petaluma Campus WE HAVE STUDENT AMBASSADORS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH ONLINE APPLICATIONS M, T, W, TH 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The computer system is now available 24 hours a day, so this will be helpful to students with unusual hours, and the XAP Corporation that supports CCCApply has an operator offering technical support @ http://www.xap.com/, helpline.

Additionally, once we have all college applications online the staff in A & R will be able to access the CCCApply system maintenance to easily track any and all applications rather than looking through multiple stacks of paper applications to try to locate it.  This way the technician will be able to quickly and easily identify the application and determine if there is a problem and what it is.
