To apply for the London Study Abroad Program, the student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 and have completed at least 12 college units. In addition, the student must be 18 years of age at the time of boarding the airplane.
In addition to the completion of the above forms, the students must also submit four-2" square passport style photos, current college transcripts, current passport copy (valid for 6 months after return to the States) and a deposit of $450 + tour deposits (if applicable).
Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis and because classes have limited enrollment, students are encouraged to apply early in order to reserve a spot in the classes of their choice.
All students must submit the $450 program deposit with the completed application. (You may use American Express, MasterCard, or Visa). If a check is used, it should be made payable to "AIFS" and sent directly to them.
Financial Aid students are responsible for paying, by the final payment deadline, July 21, 2010, the airfare, taxes, $250 refundable damage deposit, a $600 program reservation deposit, and any remaining balance that will not be covered by aid.
Please note: A $35 bounced check fee will be charged on all bounced checks.
Required paperwork (see "Student Checklist") must be submitted in person to Study Abroad office at 1496 Bussman at the SRJC Campus by making an appointment by calling 707-527-4441 to review your paperwork.
