The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program offers a competition for awards for undergraduate study abroad and was established by the International Academic Opportunity Act of 2000. This scholarship provides awards for U.S. undergraduate students who are receiving Federal Pell Grant funding at a two-year or four-year college or university to participate in study abroad programs worldwide. The Gilman Scholarship Program seeks to diversify the kinds of students who study abroad and the countries and regions where they go. Specifically, the Gilman Program offers scholarships for students who have been traditionally underrepresented in education abroad.
Funds awarded for scholarships at SRJC are contingent on the availability of revenue from scholarship sources.
In addition, the North Bay Italian Cultural Foundation may be offering one or more scholarships for SRJC students. As information becomes available, it will be uploaded to this page.
