Activity Waiver
To apply for the Florence Study Abroad Program, the student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 and have completed at least 12 college units. In addition, the student must be 18 years of age at the time of boarding the airplane.
Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis (refer to Student Checklist for directions) and because classes have limited enrollment, students are encouraged to apply early in order to reserve a spot in the classes of their choice.
All students must submit the $450 program deposit (check method of payment when enrolling on AIFS website) when completing their ENROLLMENT FORM.
Financial Aid students are responsible for paying, by the final payment deadline of December 10, 2010, the airfare, taxes, $250 refundable damage deposit, a $600 program reservation deposit, and any remaining balance that will not be covered by aid.
Please note: A $35 bounced check fee will be charged on all bounced checks.
Required paperwork (see "Student Checklist") must be submitted in person to Study Abroad office at 1496 Bussman at the SRJC Campus by making appointment by calling 707-527-4441 to review your paperwork.
