Why Study in China?
Spend 5 weeks this summer in China and explore one of the world's oldest civilizations. Take classes in Beijing where old traditions and new trends blend as the city prepares for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Visit the Great Wall of China, which is so large it can be seen from outer space! Take field trips throughout Shanghai and Beijing to discover cultural and economic highlights of China. Come face to face with the most significant archeological excavation of the 20th Century, the Terra Cotta Warriors, a collection of over 8,000 life-size statues. Study Chinese language and world dance history from ancient times to the 21st century, while sharing the daily life of the country that boasts 1/5 of the world's population.

- Open to students age 18 and older who have graduated from high school
