NSR733 Compute Retention Percentage

This reports computes the retention (Registrations + Add - Drops) / (Registrations + Adds) percentage for sections, instructors and departments.

There are two reports. The first is sorted by instructor. The second is sorted by a department's courses, broken down into day and evening classes.

The reports include all graded, credit classes with 5 or more enrollments. This report is most useful after enough of the term has elapsed for retention statistics to be meaningful.

Department chairs use this to assess the retention of certain courses, instructors and departments.
