CITIZENS' ADVISORY COMMITTEES

Residents of the District shall be encouraged to take part in College affairs and may be invited to act as members of advisory committees.
The Board and the staff may give substantial weight to the advice they receive from community groups, but shall use their own judgment in arriving at decisions.
