PARKING AND TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

CA VEHICLE CODE
It is the policy of Sonoma County Junior College District to ensure the orderly flow of vehicular traffic on campus and to provide a reasonable opportunity for parking for members of the Board, students, staff and visitors. Parking information will be published in each schedule of classes.
The District Police Department is delegated authority to enforce this policy and the published Parking Regulations. This includes the issuance of parking citations, issuance of parking permits, and collection of fines and fees.
Appropriate signs regulating parking shall be posted at the entrance of all roadways and parking lots on campus.
Alternative modes of transportation are encouraged, including public transit, bicycles, motorcycles, and carpooling. The riding and parking of bicycles on campus shall be regulated in order to promote a safe environment for both bicycle riders and pedestrians.
