SUSPENSION AND/OR DISMISSAL OF ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES

GOVERNMENT CODE: 3456
The Governing Board shall suspend or dismiss an academic employee for any of the reasons enumerated in those sections of the Education Code related to disciplinary actions, its causes and procedures.
