SABBATICAL LEAVES

"Sabbatical leave" means a Board of Trustees authorized release as a regular faculty member from faculty duties in order to improve the faculty member's individual effectiveness in the college in line with the statement, philosophy, purpose, and objectives contained in the Santa Rosa Junior College catalogue.
The District will maintain a Standing Senate Consultation Committee for the purpose of processing faculty sabbatical leave materials.
The particulars and parameters of the Faculty Sabbatical Leave Program are found in the Contract between the recognized faculty bargaining units and the District.
