The parameters and particulars of the Early Retirement Option (ERO) are stated in the Contract between the recognized faculty bargaining units and in (Policy 2.2 for educational administrators.)
The Early Retirement Option (ERO) maintained by the District is not retroactive and does not apply to individuals who have already retired.
