The Board of Trustees may permit the reduction of workloads for eligible faculty in accordance with the provisions of the Education and Government Code.
Conditions that outline the parameters of eligible faculty pre-retirement reduction of workload are outlined in the Contract between the recognized faculty bargaining units and the District.
