RESIGNATIONS/TERMINATIONS

The employment relationship between the District and its employees may be severed by either party, on either a temporary or permanent basis. All terminations shall be in accordance with current law and/or Board policies.

The Superintendent/President is directed to provide rules, regulations or procedures that will assure expeditious processing of all termination actions and shall provide for due process wherever applicable under current law or policy.
