Off campus access requires a user name and PIN number. A portal PIN number is assigned to you the first time you use the portal system. If you don't remember your student ID number or your SRJC PIN, log in to the student or faculty portal, select "I do not know my ID number" or "I do not know my PIN code," then follow the instructions to have your information e-mailed to you.
