Your first step as a new or returning student is to complete an online application to SRJC. If you have never attended SRJC or are returning after a one-year's absence, you must submit an Application for Admission.

How do I apply to be a student at SRJC?

Apply online from the Santa Rosa Junior College home page at www.santarosa.edu. Select the "Apply Now" link.
Applying online more information.

After submitting your application online, a Welcome Letter will be sent to you via e-mail. The e-mail will provide you with your 9-digit SRJC Student Identification (SID) number. A separate e-mail will be sent to you with your initial PIN code. You will need both numbers to be able to register for classes.

International students, high school concurrent enrollment students, and minors under the age of 18 will find important additional information on the Admissions Web page.

Welcome Center

During the summer months, SRJC offers a Welcome Center at the Santa Rosa and Petaluma campuses. Counselors and staff are there to help new students find the information and support they need to make a smooth transition to SRJC. We help students with applications, assessment information, counseling, registration and referrals to other student services. For information about the Welcome Centers, call 527-4375 (Santa Rosa) or 778-3914 (Petaluma).
