Santa Rosa Junior College provides video conferencing services to the campus and the community. Video Conferencing provides two-way interactive visual and audio communications. SRJC has video conferencing systems located in Santa Rosa and Petaluma both systems are capable of communications with remote sites throughout the world. There is no fee to SRJC staff and faculty for College functions between the Santa Rosa and Petaluma Campus or other off campus locations during Media Services business hours
Outside Media Services business hours:
STNC Production Technician hourly rate applies - $16.58 hr with 2 hours minimum.
All uses of the video conferencing systems (both college functions and public use) that result in a direct charge back of connection fees including related telecommunications taxes. SRJC will conduct a quick connection test (15 min or less) to make sure there will not be any connection issues the day of the event • If connection issues are detected and diagnoses is needed there will be an additional charge over 15min billed at video conference fee price (equipment & personnel)
On the day of the event we hook up the videoconference units 15min prior to meeting start time and check audio levels.

Short Term/Visitor Parking: Leave plenty of time to find a parking space ,Daily permits, valid for the calendar day they were purchased, may be obtained for $4.00 from permit machines located in all lots (the machines accept quarters, one dollar bills, & five dollar bills. Metered spaces are valid only when money has been deposited and time is showing. The fee for parking in a metered space is $1 per hour with a 1-hour maximum. Parking permits are not valid in metered spaces. If permit machines or parking meters are not working, report machine number and location to District Police at 527-1000.
