Here am I
My favorite nevula, is in orion.
And there is a kitty!!!
So many things interest me, I would probably put you to sleep with the list, so I won't try.
My first experience on this campus was in Shirley's Apple lab, back when a Mac Plus was a big deal!! I've enjoyed watching the lab grow, watching students come and go, progressing from Timorous to confident.
I love animals, such as horses, dogs, cats of all sizes, birds, dolphins and more. Training horses is truly fun. Nothing quite compares to racing toward a fence astride powerhouse with a mind of it's own, then at the last moment, muscles bunch and you soar up and over.
Astronomy is a passion. I look forward to traveling among the stars! The Astronomy department here is AWESOME! Check it out!
My community interests include helping with health screening tests, news letters, helping with the "Cuddly Coats" project in previous years and not too much more due to time constraints.
Travel will always be a big interest for me. The beauty and variety of the various cultures, religions, and languages fascinate me. I've been to a few spots around the world, but not nearly enough. My future agenda includes the ancient Greek sites, Roman ruins, the treasures of Egypt, ancient South American pyramids and temples, as well as the cultures of Europe, and the Pacific islands. At times literature was my only means of travel, watching the world unfold in print. With the internet, pictures and individuals round out the experience.
Below is a picture from my home town, Budapest, Hungary.
