Group Study Rooms are located around the edges of the second, third and fourth floors of Doyle Library, and on the first and second floors of Mahoney Library. These are made available to SRJC students, faculty, and staff for instruction-related purposes. Use the Group Study Rooms if you need to talk with other students so that you don't disturb other patrons. The rooms are not soundproof, so please show courtesy to others, even when you have the doors closed. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not reserved in advance.
A large Quiet Study Room is available on the west side of the second floor of Doyle. The Connie Mahoney Reading Room, located next to the Art Gallery, serves as a large Quiet Study Room at Mahoney Library. Ask at the Reference Desk if you have trouble finding either of these rooms.
Please clean up any papers or other materials you've used before you leave any of the Group Study Rooms, the Quiet Study Rooms or any other conference room in the Libraries so that the rooms remain clean and pleasant for other users.
