Want to Apply to CSU for Spring semester/ Winter quarter 2009?

Several campuses of the California State University have announced that they will accept applications from transfer students who would like to enter in Spring semester/Winter quarter of next year. For information about the individual open campuses, go to http://www.csumentor.edu/filing_status/Default.asp. Apply online from August 1 to August 31, 2008. For application assistance:

1. Go to http://www.csumentor.edu/admissionapp/undergrad_apply.asp and complete as much of the application as you can. Look for the application tutorial and help icons for item-by-item instructions.

2. Come to the Transfer Center at one of the times below for more help or a review from a counselor.

Apply for Fall 2009 in October/November

Below are the dates/hours for the Application Review sessions for Fall 2009 admissions. They are designed for students who have specific questions about a completed online application or would like a counselor review before submitting one. These are drop-in sessions in the Transfer Center computer lab. To prepare for a review session:

  1. Log on to www.csumentor.edu or www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions and attempt to complete as much of the application as you can.
    1. For CSU, log on to www.santarosa.edu, select Registration/Weblink and print your unofficial transcripts and current semester class schedule.
    2. For UC, go to Admissions & Records, the Transfer Center, or a drop-in counselor for an unofficial chronological course history and current enrollment.
  2. If you have transcripts from other colleges bring them as well as any evaluation done by SRJC to the workshop.
  3. Bring any work completed by your counselor prior to the application workshop (e.g., ed plans, GPA calculations, etc.).
