CSU Dominguez Hills claims to be the largest distance learning program in California, offering students an opportunities to earn nine academic degrees and eight academic Certificates without ever coming to campus. They use “Blackboard” for online courses.

The MERLOT Project
The MERLOT Project is a collaboration among 22 higher education institutions and systems, including the California Community Colleges. Its purpose is to develop a free, Web-based resource where faculty can easily find digital learning materials organized by academic field, together with evaluations and guidance for their use.
