ASP programmers are responsible for making “interactive” portions a Web site. This may include creating a shopping cart application, building a database, or creating and processing feedback forms. Depending on the size of the project, the ASP programmer may also be responsible for the administration of the Web server.

The program stresses a thorough understanding of HTML Visual Basic ASP and the use databases on the Web. Students will be expected to deliver Web-based solutions to business requirements.
