Food & Wine Fridays
Experience food and wine pairings while you're enjoying a luncheon prepared
by
students from SRJC's Culinary Café. These two hour sessions are designed
to introduce participants to a variety of dishes made with fresh (and primarily
Sonoma
County) ingredients, and the role that wine plays in Sonoma County cuisine. A
three-course lunch will be served with a tasting of three Sonoma County wines
while students
and instructors in the Culinary Arts Program discuss the recipes, the wines,
and the principles behind the pairings. Each luncheon begins promptly at 12:30
PM
and ends by
2:30 PM. Registration fee of $35 is all inclusive. Enrollment is limited to 24
people
per
luncheon.
