SRJC Receives U.S. Department of Agriculture Grant

SRJC received a 2010/11 Farmers Market Promotion Program Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The grant award is $65,719, which will be spent over two years to support the development of the next generation of small farmers. The grant provides training in product promotion and marketing; additionally, it will fund internships at SRJC's Shone Farm.
