Designating Your Gift
At Santa Rosa Junior College we believe all gifts are important. Major gifts serve as the impetus for many of our endowment funds, provide needed support for our student scholarship program, and assist with special capital projects. We also know that it is the consistent annual giving of those who treasure Santa Rosa Junior College as a valued community asset that is at the heart of all giving.
Your unrestricted contribution allows the SRJC Foundation’s Board of Directors to direct funds to the area of greatest need and gifts designated to the President’s Circle directly support the work of the Foundation. You gifts may also be designated for a specific program or fund at the College. If you would like assistance in selecting an area of the College to designate your gift, please contact the Foundation at foundation@santarosa.edu or (707) 527-4348.
Special Interest Committees
In addition to the many different areas you can support throughout Santa Rosa Junior College, the SRJC Foundation currently has three special interest committees designed to support and enhance specific programs, facilities, and student activities at the College. These special committees are working to enhance a specific department or campus and raise funds for use today and well into the future.
The SRJC Foundation AG Trust works to benefit the SRJC Agriculture and Natural Resources Department and programs. Its current endowment funding priority is the Warren G. Dutton Jr. Endowment for the Future of Agriculture and the Outstanding Agricultural Scholar-Leader Award.
The SRJC Foundation Bear Cub Athletic Trust benefits the SRJC Physical Education, Dance & Athletic Department and works to perpetuate the excellent name and reputation of SRJC. Its current endowment funding priority is the SRJC Endowment for Excellence in Athletics.
The SRJC Foundation Friends of Petaluma Campus supports the educational programs of the Petaluma Campus through resource development, including direct contributions and promotional activities. Their current endowment funding priorities are the Petaluma Campus Endowment and the Mahoney Library Endowment.
