The Student Off-campus Housing Assistance web site is maintained by the SRJC Student Affairs Office as a service to the entireSRJC community. This includes students, faculty, staff and landlords. It is our intention to provide people withcurrent available housing listings in the local area. These are mostly comprised of shared accommodations but occasionallywe get a vacant studio, house or condo. To begin your search now, skip to the links below. The rental market in Sonoma County is the best it has been in years with the vacancy rate at 7%. However, we advise that you start your housing search now to make it easier to find a place to live. Please make sure that you check out the informationabout minimum income requirements and co-signors below before seeking any housing in Sonoma County.
