After Hours Care and Physical Exam Resources

If you need health care services in the community, and you do not have an established physician or medical care provider, there are numerous resources available in Sonoma County. Following is a list of clinics and agencies that provide medical care for new patients. Costs may change at any time and will vary depending on individual provider requirements. If you are looking for a private physician, you may look in the yellow pages under “Physicians” to find one with a particular specialty or location that meets your needs.

Clinics with an (M) next to them provide workers on site that can assist you with applications for Medi-Cal benefits, California’s state funded program that covers the cost of some medical services for qualified low-income residents.

Clinics with an (A) next to them provide services on either some evenings or weekends. Call for more information.

Most clinics listed here will provide you with a physical exam as required for various SRJC program requirements, and fees for this will be variable. Call ahead to determine costs and to make an appointment. Other resources that provide only physical exams are listed below the clinics.

Emergency rooms are listed at the bottom of this page, should you need to find the closest location to get emergency medical care when no other options are available.

Santa Rosa Junior College Student Health Services does not make any special arrangements with these services, and it is important for you to check with providers for current rates when calling for an appointment.
