Health Resources & Referrals Index

Sonoma County has many resources available for a broad assortment of needs related to physical, mental and social health, including publicly funded services, non-profit agencies, and private service organizations.  The best way to find a resource for your particular need is to first visit Sonoma County’s Department of Human Services search engine. This site assists with finding services closest to your residence, and also includes some resources outside of Sonoma County for special needs.

For your convenience, we have listed some of the most commonly needed Sonoma County resources for SRJC students at the links below.  Student Health Services does not make any special arrangements with the following services. It is important to check with the agencies for current information  when calling for appointments.

If your agency is  currently listed and corrections need to be made, please email necessary corrections to squinn@santarosa.edu.
