Student Health Services offers SRJC Students FREE access to an online magazine that promotes better health for college students. For the current SRJC Issue, visit www.readsh101.com/santarosa.html. This monthly, interactive online magazine covers topics such as nutrition and exercise, reducing stress, colds & flu, as well as video interviews with SRJC students by our own Campus Correspondent.
Active Minds at SRJC is an on-campus club started as a key component of the PEERS Coalition. The club's aim is to promote positive mental health, educate students about the signs and symptoms of mental health issues and disorders, and encourage students to reach out for help when needed.
For more information on how to get involved, contact Jeane Erlenborn at firstname.lastname@example.org.
