    -- Scholarship Fundraiser:
         
          George Sutherland, the head of the Fundraiser Committee, along with his committee members have determined, after reviewing his many hours of research, that this activity will take many hours of preparation.  Therefore it is recommended that the fundraiser occur in 2005.  This would allow us to prepare and therefore have a successful event.

    -- Mentor Program:

          Elizabeth McPherson reported that there is not mentoring going on right now.  Due to lack of funds, there will be no luncheon during PDA.

    -- Elections:

          Classified Senate elections will be held this Spring.  Raoul will approach Esther Soto to assume the Elections Commissioner position.

    -- 10 year Anniversary of the Senate:

          Raoul would like this integrated some how into our publicity.
