Leadership Training:
This training seminar will focus on the important role that classified staff plays in the success of the community college; the positive aspects of classified involvement in participatory (shared) governance, and emphasize improving individual leadership effectiveness. Technology workshops and other activities will include both interactive and information sessions, with ample time for networking and discussion.

Seminar Goals:
® Recognize and celebrate the classified role in education and serving community college students.
® Encourage the exchange of ideas and information, and further develop the network of positive interaction.
® Develop personal leadership and communication skills.
® Active participation from every attendee at the seminar.

Registration and Fees:
Total tuition for the seminar is $400 (double occupancy).
Tuition covers conference lodging costs, most meals, materials and speaker expenses.
