SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TRAINING
Individual supervisors are responsible for identifying job-specific hazards
employees under their direction may be subjected to in the course of their duties
and for providing appropriate safety training (which may not involve EH&S).
That training is specific to each shop and studio, dependent on the equipment
and materials they have and various processes in use. Remember to document all
safety training with a dated sign-in sheet and brief description of the material
covered. If it isn't documented, it didn't happen.
