1. Introduction of New Members: Brenda Collins will introduce new IPC members Leon Wakefield, Andre LaRue and Charlotte Granderson. 10 minutes.
2. Partnership For Excellence Expenditures: Dr. Robert Agrella will provide an update on P4E and the new State allocation method. 20 minutes
3. KnowledgeWorks Program: Luann Campbell will review the Knowledgeworks program and discuss its requirements and impacts. 20 minutes
4. 2000-2001 Institutional Goals: A very brief review of the 2000-2001 Institutional Goals which will be presented to the Board of Trustees at its February 8th meeting. Curt Groninga & Brenda Collins. 5 minutes.

1.Introduction of New Members: Brenda Collins introduced three new faculty members: Leon Wakefield, Andre LaRue and Charlotte Granderson. Curt Groninga introduced Ron Root, the new Vice-President for Business Services.
2. Partnership For Excellence Expenditures: Dr. Robert Agrella provided an update on P4E expenditures and the new State allocation method. New allocations included $36,400 for CATE (Success/Access), $35,000 for MESA (Success/Access) and $12,500 for the Coddingtown Laboratory (Access). One time new allocations included $50,000 for Public Relations (Access), $367,000 for Instructional Computer Laboratories (Success/access) and $6,125 for the Research Office (Accountability).
3. Knowledgeworks Program: Luann Campbell reviewed the Knowledgeworks program and its potential significant impacts on SRJC. Several IPC members urged the college community to become familiar with the document and the program as it represents important planning issues for the institution. At a minimum, the report is a nice environmental scan for the college.
4. 2000-2001 Institutional Goals: Curt Groninga and Joe Friedman provided a brief review of the 2000-2001 Institutional Goals which will be presented to the Board of Trustees at its February 8th meeting.
