1. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES OPERATIONAL GOALS: A brief presentation and discussion of the 1998-1999 Administrative Services Operational Goals led by Curt Groninga.

 

2. BUSINESS SERVICES OPERATIONAL GOALS: A brief presentation and discussion of the 1998-1999 Business Services Operational Goals led by John Roberts.

Note: Attached please find a copy of the Component Operational Goals and the Cross-Component Goal. Given Ed Buckley's participation on an accreditation evaluation team the week of February 23^rd, it was decided that the Academic Affairs Operational Goals and the Cross-Component Goal will be presented and discussed on March 9^th. All IPC members are requested to read and review the Administrative Services and Business Services Operational goals, at least, by February 23^rd.
