Proposed Process for Establishing Instructional Computing Performance Parameters

      1. Create a Needs Assessment Tool (try to utilize Institutional Research Dept) Parameters should include items such as: methods of access, training, hours of technical support, clear communication and security issues. (Be sure to look at last years CIS requests)
      2. Offer formal and accessible campus presentations for orientation of the Needs Assessment Tool. Target both Dept chair / Managers meeting and Academic Affairs meetings.
      3. Widely Distribute Assessment Tool to all departments at all District locations (SR, PET, Two Rock).
      4. Work with the Associated Student Body to gain useful student input.
      5. Follow up with departments who have/have not replied to the survey
      6. Analyze Results (be sure to include all potential providers in discussions)
      7. Compare with other institutions
      8. Distribute the proposed Performance Expectations.
      9. Create plan for Implementation.
